Westbrook Union Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around San Diego, and we need a Content Writer to lead our case studies. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing disputes. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with billing disputes.
