Content Writer - case studies (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Lantern Insurance and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be case studies. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about catastrophe response. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
