Content Writer - case studies (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Lakeside Banking Services and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be case studies. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about fraud alerts. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with fraud alerts.
