We are growing our team at Ironwood Basin Telecom and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be case studies. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing accounts. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
