Content Writer - case studies (Rochester, NY)

Harborlight Oak Legal Group is a Rochester practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Content Writer to lead our case studies. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about trust accounts. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with trust accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
