Summit Union Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Richmond, and we need a Content Writer to lead our case studies. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about card disputes. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with card disputes.
