Content Writer - case studies (Richmond, VA)

Cedar Amber Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Richmond. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on case studies. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about premium billing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with premium billing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
