Content Writer - case studies (remote)

Rivermark Meadow Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Oakland. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on case studies. You would join a small organisation of about 146 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about repair requests. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with repair requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
