Content Writer - case studies (remote)

Ironwood Meadow Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Charlotte, and we need a Content Writer to lead our case studies. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about meter reading. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with meter reading. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
