Content Writer - case studies (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge River Press Partners and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be case studies. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about customer orders. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
