Clearpath Bright Press Group is looking for a Content Writer. The job centres on case studies for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 57 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about customer orders. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
