Content Writer - case studies (remote)

Nova Glen Banking Services Partners is a community-focused bank in Charleston serving households and small businesses, and we need a Content Writer to lead our case studies. You would join a small organisation of about 87 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about deposit accounts. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
