Content Writer - case studies (remote)

Fernwood West Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the New Orleans area, and we need a Content Writer to lead our case studies. You would join a small organisation of about 77 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about field visits. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with field visits. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
