Content Writer - case studies (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Ashton Civic Services Group and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be case studies. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about procurement. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
