Content Writer - case studies (remote)

Northwind Iron Press is a printer and publisher in Hartford serving local and national clients, and we need a Content Writer to lead our case studies. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about press runs. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with press runs. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
