Content Writer - case studies (remote)

Highbridge Wren Energy Group is an energy provider in Honolulu focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on case studies. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing disputes. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
