Content Writer - case studies (remote)

Northwind Meridian Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Oakland. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on case studies. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about network equipment. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
