Content Writer - case studies (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Bridge Telecom and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be case studies. You would join a small organisation of about 113 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about network equipment. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
