Content Writer - case studies (remote)

Bluepeak Wren Arts Center Partners is an arts centre in Columbus with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on case studies. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about visitor services. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with visitor services. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
