Content Writer - case studies (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Umber Banking Services and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be case studies. You would join a large organisation of about 351 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about account openings. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
