Content Writer - case studies (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Ashton Telecom and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be case studies. You would join a small organisation of about 129 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about outage reports. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
