Content Writer - case studies (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Ashton Civic Services and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be case studies. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about procurement. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
