Content Writer - case studies (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Clear Telecom and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be case studies. We invest in training. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about network equipment. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
