Content Writer - case studies (remote)

Highbridge Umber Energy is looking for a Content Writer. The job centres on case studies for outage response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about outage response. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
