Content Writer - case studies (remote)

Redstone Nest Community Partners is a nonprofit in Tampa supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Content Writer to lead our case studies. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about benefits enrolment. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
