Content Writer - case studies (remote)

Silverline Beacon Press is a printer and publisher in Birmingham serving local and national clients, and we need a Content Writer to lead our case studies. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about bindery work. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with bindery work. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
