Content Writer - case studies (remote)

Greenridge Bright Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Albuquerque, and we need a Content Writer to lead our case studies. You would join a large organisation of about 235 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about repair requests. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with repair requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
