Content Writer - case studies (remote)

Foxglove Union Civic Services works with county and city offices around Birmingham, and we need a Content Writer to lead our case studies. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about permits. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
