Content Writer - case studies (remote)

Westbrook Lantern Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Grand Rapids area. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on case studies. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about learning materials. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
