Content Writer - case studies (remote)

Harborlight Maple Community Partners is a Kansas City charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on case studies. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about client intake. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with client intake. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
