Content Writer - case studies (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Oak Civic Services and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be case studies. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about constituent requests. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
