Content Writer - case studies (remote)

Westbrook Corner Water Authority is looking for a Content Writer. The job centres on case studies for pipe repairs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about pipe repairs. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
