Content Writer - case studies (remote)

Silverline Juniper Civic Services Partners works with county and city offices around Louisville, and we need a Content Writer to lead our case studies. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about public records. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with public records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
