Content Writer - case studies (remote)

Rivermark Orchard Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Louisville area, and we need a Content Writer to lead our case studies. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about field visits. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
