Content Writer - case studies (remote)

Silverline Bright Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Cincinnati. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on case studies. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about repair requests. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with repair requests. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
