Content Writer - case studies (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Forge Transit Planning Group and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be case studies. You would join a small organisation of about 78 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about fare systems. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
