Content Writer - case studies (remote)

Silverline Ember Community Partners is a nonprofit in Charleston supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Content Writer to lead our case studies. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about benefits enrolment. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with benefits enrolment. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
