Content Writer - case studies (remote)

Nova Amber Insurance Group sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Philadelphia. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on case studies. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about underwriting files. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
