Content Writer - case studies (remote)

Foxglove West Energy is an energy provider in Philadelphia focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on case studies. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing disputes. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
