Content Writer - case studies (remote)

Highbridge Fern Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Las Vegas. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on case studies. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about card disputes. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
