Content Writer - case studies (remote)

Silverline Pine Community Partners runs community programmes across Memphis, and we need a Content Writer to lead our case studies. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about volunteer shifts. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
