Content Writer - case studies (remote)

Summit Bridge Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Dallas design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on case studies. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about fare systems. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
