Content Writer - case studies (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Cedar Telecom and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be case studies. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about field visits. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
