Content Writer - case studies (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Pike Housing and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be case studies. You would join a small organisation of about 159 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about waiting lists. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with waiting lists. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
