Content Writer - case studies (remote)

Silverline River Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Indianapolis, and we need a Content Writer to lead our case studies. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about pipe repairs. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
