Rivermark Vista Insurance is looking for a Content Writer. The job centres on case studies for catastrophe response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about catastrophe response. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
