Clearpath Lakeside Telecom Group is looking for a Content Writer. The job centres on case studies for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing accounts. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
