Content Writer - case studies (remote)

Greenridge Glen Banking Services is a regional lender in Minneapolis with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Content Writer to lead our case studies. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about fraud alerts. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
