Content Writer - case studies (remote)

Bright Iron Insurance Group sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Sacramento, and we need a Content Writer to lead our case studies. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about claims. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
