Content Writer - case studies (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Oak Transit Planning and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be case studies. You would join a large organisation of about 408 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about accessibility audits. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
